About the opportunity

As a SLP with DTS, you’ll provide individualized care to patients in their homes, supporting communication, cognitive-linguistic skills and swallowing function within their scope of practice. Tell us your preferred communities, available days and the number of visits you would ideally accept. We work to keep referrals concentrated within your chosen territory rather than requiring unnecessary driving across counties.

Active Illinois SLP license
Home health experience preferred; comfort treating patients in their homes
Dependable communication with patients, families and the DTS team
Timely, accurate documentation and reliable follow-through
Professionalism, sound clinical judgment and patient-centered care

Schedule and coverage

Schedule: PRN visits, part-time or potentially a full-time caseload, based on referrals and availability. Visit volume and geographic availability depend on patient referrals and are not guaranteed.

Territory: Lake and McHenry Counties and agreed nearby areas.
